End User License Agreement

The Watertontech Electron Meeting Recorder app (the “Software”) is licensed, not sold, by WLR Media LLC. By installing or using it you accept this EULA together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control while your subscription is active.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• The Software includes open-source and third-party components governed by their own licenses, listed in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file available from the app’s About menu.
• The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated transcripts, summaries, coaching, and translations are machine-produced and may contain errors.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record meeting participants where recording laws apply.
